About The Event
Mrs Hafida Latta, BTS member born in Kairouan and author of a recent Mediterranean Cookery book, who presented some of her Grandmother’s favourite recipes
Rafram Chaddad a visual artist and food researcher from Djerba who explained the origins of the classic Tunisian fricassee.
Mariem Kacem Tunisian oenologist, who conducted a ‘virtual tasting’ of Tunisian wines
The evening ended with two pieces for unaccompanied violin, played by Ghofrane Miladi a very talented young Tunisian violinist, currently studying at the prestigious Yehudi Menuhin School in London (the third Tunisian violinist to do so).
